Terrible experience. I recently stopped breastfeeding and came in to be measured for a new bra. Either the staff did a poor job of measuring my size or the bras are bad quality, because I had to continually pull the bra down after it slipped out of place. I brought the second (unworn) one back to return it, but didn’t have the receipt. The salesperson would not even exchange the bra for other merchandise. I will never return to this store.

Came in today at 2pm. Came in to actually shop and find a bra. Two ladies working - one was nice and told me about the upstairs. Another, while I was trying to find my size, scoffed at the fact that I was in her way because she was looking for something for another client. Left immediately because of this, tried to even be polite still; “Merci, Au Revoir,” was not responded to. Not sure why the customer service is bad - are they not being paid enough? Is it cultural? Sad. At least one of the girls was somewhat friendly.

ont me propose faire la commande d'un pyjama car il n'y avait pas la taille souhaité. je paye tout de suite et une semaine après ont me dit que la commande avait été annulée. je revient a la boutique et il y avait déjà disponible mais pas pour ma commande. je décide donc de l'acheter a nouveau puisque pas de remboursement possible dans la boutique. juste que par le site Calcedonia. mais cela aussi impossible. toujours des complications pour rembourser. avis... ne jamais faire de commande...Sandra...
