If you are a first timer to polo do not make this your frist experience and if you are a polo fan please don’t go you risk being put off for life… where to begin we waited for 1h in 30 degree heat with no water or shade… the line didn’t move faster than 2 ppl per five minutes. No difference if you pre purchased tickets or had to buy them on the spot. It was a mess by the time you reach the front of the queue you will find that that 50 people skipped the line, and no the lady who was pregnant was not given priority but a bunch of impatient ladies were ?!? No control of the queue, the situation was borderline inhumane without the offer of shade or at least the bare minimum; water. People in line that have been going for years complain about this situation getting worse and worse every year without any changes or at least attempts to do so. Once you are lucky enough to enter after MORE than an hour, the picture is not better - we were greeted by the voice of the announcement lady who kindly informed all over the loudspeakersthat if we get hit in the face, knee or anywhere else, the club would not be liable (as if that’s how law works). Another issue we experienced immediately upon arrival was; The tickets we booked specified that card payments were preferred! yet no card machine was available. The staff said cash only which could be supplemented by the personal twint of a bartender aka writing down her personal number and waiting for her to accept to transaction which took a long time considering the phone signal and even that option lasted for about 50 min only. After that not even twint was accepted, ONLY CASH. Because of the invites specific instructions we didn’t bring cash but had card options, which was all for nothing so we spent the afternoon without a drink. For the cash I have to say having managed at a bar i have never seen a literal bowl of cash that 4 bartenders at the same time dig in, see picture below. The hygiene reasons are enough by itself for it to be unacceptable …Another issue that needs to be brought up is the amount of seating area. Through the whole 2,5 hours my pregnant girlfriend could not get a single chair to watch the game. The VIP area was stocked with plastic white chairs and they were supposedly unable to offer us one for her even though they were empty for the whole evening . So in conclusion: 1+ hour in the sun for entry, no possibility to buy water or anything with a card, no seats for people with physical problems. In absolute shock about the state of this event compared to other polo clubs e.g. the Zurich one.overall this was one of the worst experiences of all my summers. I need immediate answers and proposed solutions to these issues and of course a full refund for our ticket.

what a great place. We enjoyed a day of polo with Asado and Drinks, Music and Art. Our kids had the best time ever making new friends and playing around the ponies. The polo matches where super exciting and realy good level.We can't wait to go back next year.
