Nightmare! It was my europe tour and I traveled from USA. I was going from Geneva to Paris. My bus was supposed to come at 7:30 pm. I went in the station at 6 pm. To my utterest surprise, the bus did not show up until 1 am at night. This agency ALSA EGGMANN booked me with Ouibus. This bus service is another nightmare. Not a single driver can speak or understand English. One of the bus was going to Paris around midnight. I requested them to take me because I booked the agency booked me with the same bus service. That guy behaved like I was a beggar! I spent a hopeless, sleepless, frustrated and disappointed night. On top of that, I ended up paying $120 more to book train to Paris in the next morning. Nothing more to say! Just avoid!
