I had forwarded my CV to Tiger Recruitment and even though they did not have positions corresponding to my profile, a consultant named Jana emailed me back requesting a 30 min phone call to understand the types of employment I am looking for and what they could do to assist me in my search. On the call Jana was easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in providing assistance in my job search. She also informed me that I would be receiving a list of opportunities either weekly or on a fortnight basis that matched my profile and I could reach out to her if I was interested in any of the positions listed out.My opinion - Professional service with an empathetic touch.
