We will start from the bottom line: This relocation agency is the best you can wish for.We worked with Celine who accompanied us through the whole process, explaining, suggesting and being at every meeting.The agency is well connected, they know the city well including pro’s and con’s in every area. They are real professionals in what they do. To whom is not familiar, Switzerland has a lot of rules regarding to expats which is quite difficult to know and follow prior to arrival. Starting with the permit process, through renting an apartment and ending with driving license permit. Celine has personally accompanied us throughout this bureaucracy process, with all errands required for an expat in Swiss.We put together with Celine a wish list for the apartment we want to rent. I was an HR leader in Switzerland so I've worked with many companies to help my employees enter and exit, and then used Key Relocation personally when I moved my family back to the US.They were incredible! I required a lot more support as I don't speak French, and was not located in Switzerland anymore. They handled everything from getting our apartment re-rented - and then settling with the landlord (including getting our items moved out, cleaning, painting and other repairs), to helping us cancel phones, banks, insurances and more. I moved in Switzerland from Italy with my husband almost 2 years ago. My company put me in contact with KeyRelocation for the temporary flat. Celine and Sally from KeyRelocation have helped us a lot, making this move (during Covid time) easier for my family.Then, 1 year later, it has been a no-brainer decision to engage them to help us with reprise du bail of our apartment. They managed super well the appointments and visits, finding the best couple to take over our contract. I can't praise the relocation services Sally and Celine offer enough! They were a lifesaver for me for our temporary relocation to Lausanne. They took the time to get to know us and understand our needs. With that information, they found the perfect place for us (in a very challenging rental market). They organized virtual visits for us and they welcomed us the minute we arrived in Switzerland. They helped us navigate all the paperwork that comes with being a resident here.
