Grand Resort Bad Ragaz

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit hervorragendem Personal und großartigem Service. Der Wellnessbereich ist fantastisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Restaurants sind Michelin besternt. Das mit drei Sternen ausgezeichnete Memories ist allein schon eine Reise nach Bad Ragaz wert. Alles perfekt in diesem Grand Resort!

A beautiful hot springs resort just under 1 hour from Zürich. Clean air, beautiful view, great for walking around and enjoying the fresh air in a quaint little village.The spa is excellent, gym excellent, restaurants excellent.Definitely a return in the cards!

We just spent a few days at the Grand Resort and it was fantastic. The restaurants were fantastic. The thermal baths were incredible. We used the spa, the services there joyous and relaxing. They even accommodated our children by creating their own mini facials.We also went into the village and explored, and ate at restaurant Löwen, which was delicious. Exploring the Tamina Schlucht was wonderfully interesting as well.Overall we had a beautiful stay at the resort and would gladly come back.

Lovely stay. The hotel serves predominantly older clientele, and offers a quiet, relaxing experience in the picturesque town of Bad Ragaz. The entrance to the Tamina Therme spa is included which is a great bonus. The hotel has three restaurants holding Michelin stars, so it is perfect for foodies, it’s important to book ahead of time though.

Stayed 1 night. Arrived way to early for checking in. No problem I got my car parked and my luggage was parked. I went for breakfast. Check in later was good and so easy. Showed me my suits and all the other stuff. Made room service, orders in room dinning, flowers, even extended my stay. None of my questions were open. Everything was taken care of. Gone for breakfast and housekeeping came silent and cleaned. Went to the spa late and cleaning came very late at night. Excellent teams and services in all restaurants, spa, front desk and concierge. Der Service ist schlecht. Beim Frühstück wird nichts abgeräumt. Omelette werden nicht seit Beginn der Frühstückszeit angeboten. Wenn man einen Tee bestellt, kann man lange warten, weil der Kellner es einfach vergisst. Was beim Frühstück angeboten wird, wird nicht allen Gästen erklärt. Essen ist gut. Zimmer ist schön. Aussicht ist schön. Es ist schlecht beschrieben wo man zum Pool, Parkgarage und Rezeption kommt. Wir hatten einen Gutschein für eine Übernachtung und haben den beim Einchecken abgegeben. Als wir auschecken wollten, wurde verlangt, dass wir die Übernachtung plötzlich bezahlen. Beim Einchecken haben die Rezepetionisten aber davon nichts gesagt und den Gutschein entgegengenommen. Eine Entschulding war alles was man bekam. Im Grossen und Ganzen, Service einfach nur schlecht, nicht 5 Sterne Service und lohnt sich nicht für den Preis den man zahlt!

Always a great place. Nice hotel with perfect spa. Great meals in different restaurants. Famous golf course aside. Valet parking available
