Although the service was rather fast, the doctor I saw did not care much and kept saying « I don’t know » about some symptoms I was complaining about. She gave me a treatment that didn’t help my heavy sinusitis at all, saying I have to wait 5 days before thinking about antibiotics. I had all the symptoms of a bacterial sinusitis, and I had to go to the doctor again 3 days later to get antibiotics as I was not getting better and feeling a lot of pain. Not only was she not attentive and not empathetic, but she also was not competent.
