We worked with Gerald and he provided a fantastic chalet buying experience. Unfortunately the first sale fell through at the last minute, and Gerald went above and beyond to try to make it work, but the seller changed his mind. Gerald immediately provided us with alternate chalets, and we were quickly able to come to an agreement with another buyer and the sale went smoothly and promptly. He was always there to answer questions, and went above and beyond his remit to help us. It really was a pleasure working with him, and we look forward to staying in touch with him.

We worked with Kevin Giraudon to buy an apartment. We have been looking everywhere along the Lac Leman (Nyon, Gland, Morge, Lausanne, Pully,, Montreux etc...) for the past 6 months Kevin was very professional, responsive, pro-active; he took the time explaining to us every detail of the flat, the area, transportation, etc.. something we haven’t seen with other Estate agents. He knew his work very well and followed up with us post the visit answering all the questions. We highly recommend Kevin . It is indeed a joy working with him .

Eine Firma die hält was sie verspricht mit freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter. BC Immo entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Durchnitt der Firmen in der französischen Schweiz, hier wird man persönlich, transparent und professionell bedient und oft geht man weit über das was man erwarten kann bzw. darf.ich kann BC Immo mit sehr gutem Gewissen nur weiter empfehlen.
