Absolutely awful. I never review anything but this was the worst interaction I’ve ever had with someone (esp. as a potential customer). Checked the size on one pair of pants and was berated for legitimately 5 minutes about touching the clothes and apparently coming into the store without the intention of buying anything. When I informed her I did have intentions of purchasing things as I liked the items displayed in the window, she said “oh that’s fine” like she expected me to continue shopping in that case. Left immediately after that. Do not go here.

Clothes are amazing! But yes, all these reviews are correct, the shop owner/associate definitely makes shopping here impossible. The customer literally can’t do anything right. I have no idea how it stays open, I can’t imagine a sale has ever been made with this person lol.

Yelled at my girlfriend and made her cry for just walking into the store. Meanest woman in Switzerland for sure. If you go in make sure to touch everything & leave the door open

Awful experience. Store is run by a mean old woman who scares you away before you even have a chance to look at anything. Too bad, because the clothes were kind of nice.

Verkäuferin war extrem unfreundlich! Verbat mir Kleider anzufassen und sagte Dinge wie da wäre nichts für mich dabei bevor ich überhaupt die Möglichkeit hatte etwas anzuschauen. Wie soll ich etwas dann etwas kaufen können wenn ich es nicht anfassen darf oder sogar gerade weggeschickt werde. Versteh ich nicht! Ich könnte echt keine Sekunde im Laden herum laufen ohne einen unötigen Kommen zu kriegen, sei es dass ich mein Rucksack nicht auf den Boden stellen darf, ich solle mir meine Ärmel hochkrempeln , sonst mache die Kleider kaputt ohne Gross was angefasst zu haben und ich könnte noch mehr hier reinschreiben. Ist eigentlich schade weil hätte glaubs noch schönes Zeugs darunter gehabt aber mir hat’s richtig abgelöscht in der kurzen Zeit in der ich drin war!

The owner (I assume) yelled at me from the second I walked in the door. She said that I didn’t greet her correctly when I walked through the door. Then when I apologized she said she didn’t want people like me in her store and that is why she didn’t take credit cards. She then told me I shouldn’t visit a place if I don’t speak the language. This being one of my first encounters in Zurich it genuinely made me scared to go into other stores and almost made me cry. This woman shouldn’t have a business where she deals with the general public she is one of the meanest people I’ve ever encountered.

Great store! Went to buy a clean shirt after a week of hiking and found a lot of very good options. It's not just your everyday vintage clothing but some very unique pieces too! Would recommend to visit!

Unglaublich unfreundliche Bedienung! Man wird beleidigt und es wird einem verboten Kleidung anzufassen. So etwas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt! Eigentlich sind es zum Teil schöne Klamotten aber ich gebe mein Geld lieber aus, wenn ich freundlich bedient werde.
