Plus jamais de location avec Naef.. Ils ne respectent pas le droits du bail pour l'état des lieux. Ne prennent aucunes initiatives ni sanctions quand de jeunes délinquants en puissance crient pendant des heures sous vos fenêtres alors qu'ils ont des terrains de jeux à proximité.. Typiquement et pour faire court.. ils m'ont dit que si je n'étais pas content, je n'avais qu'à partir.. ce que j'ai fait.. Entre les gens qui jouent du piano le dimanche ou pendant la pause de midi et les enfants grossiers, insultants qui dégradent le bâtiment, et hurlent comme des bêtes dès qu'il fait un peu de soleil.. (ce qui vous empêche de profiter du beau temps fenêtres ouvertes car beaucoup trop bruyant.. les fenêtres restent donc fermées)) la Naef n'a rien fait. Alors bonne chance aux futures locataires avec une régie aussi laxiste sur le manque d’égards envers les voisins...

It’s been 5 months now that we’re waiting for our guarantee to be returned to us. They keep blaming the old owner but I’m the one that is having to keep pushing them, and when I do I get a very sturn “be patient”Also when evaluating my apartment for sale, they came back with an evaluation that was 20% below what I actually sold it for. They just wanted to make a quick sale with as little work as possible.

It is a short story. I applied for viewings off properties A and B. Because I am in the office during the working hours it was suggested that I come first thing in the morning at 07:30 to collect the keys and view the apartments. I was there at the proposed time and received a key with a tag to the property C in a different area. It was suggested that I go there unaccompanied using navigator on my mobile. I went to the other place by train and tried to find the property but the tag on the key only showed the name of the district and a number ( house?? Flat??). When I tried to call the real estate agent, first a male person picked up the phone and disconnected. Then a female person, the one who gave me the key, picked up and outright refused to speak anything other than French. And so I went back and gave them the key back so as to get back my ID left as a collateral and went off never to consider any services of Naef Nyon.

Shockingly bad experience.No respect for mandate or their client.If it were possible, would give them zero rating rather than 1 star.Stay away / the professional veneer is no more than that: a veneer

Great Team, very friendly and responsive

I wish my case was an incident, but these people try to scam you for money when departing an apartment. NAEF still owes me CHF 3.300,- when I changed apartments end of April 2020. And still waiting for my caution to be released after five months. They also tried to cheat AXA, my household insurance, for 4x the stated price of a repair during the exit check.Be aware that NAEF will also try to charge for normal wear and tear from living in an apartment for five years! Awfully unfriendly and rigid people; especially Patricia Fanchini-Bloch, Christine Fontanel, Melanie LeCoquen and Lorie Eckmann. As an expat, I have advised my company’s relocation agent to avoid NAEF at all cost.

Completely unprofessional staff. I’ve sent three different e-mails asking for a Studio that Is being rent in Nyon but the person who should showing the place never answered my messages. I don’t recommend this place.
