Sehr modern, sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück

Super Lage, sehr schönes Apartment. Wurden sogar geupgradet und erhielten ein Zimmer mit Südbalkon und direktem Blick auf‘s Matterhorn! Traumhaft!Die Ausstattung des Apartments ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Frühstück gab‘s im zugehörigen Hotel - beide Gebäude sind unterirdisch miteinander verbunden. Das Frühstück war gut, dem Hotel merkt man nur sein Alter ziemlich an. Für‘s Frühstück jedoch ok, untergebracht waren wir schließlich im neu errichteten Apartment-Gebäude.Gerne wieder!

깔끔떠는 저도 만족할만큼 깨끗합니다. 체르마트역과의 접근성도 좋습니다.키친이 있다는건 알고 있었지만. 여행까지 와서 밥을 해먹긴 싫어서 별생각이 없다가 아주 요긴하게 써먹었어요. 경험삼아 퐁듀정도 사먹긴 했지만 매번 사먹을게 빵종류라 비싼돈 지불하고 억지로 먹기도 곤혹이었는데 쿱에서 쌀이랑 김치캔 비싸게 주고 사서 김볶밥도 해먹고, 삼겹살도 구워 먹었습니다. 식기.조리도구.냉장고 모두 준비되어있습니다. 미리 식재료좀 준비해가세요.지하층에 세탁기.건조기 하나씩 있음 무료이나 세제는 없습니다.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in Zermatt !Wir waren 4 Nächte dort und waren absolut zufrieden.Super schöne, neue Appartments, tolle Location und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.Personal immer sehr nett und höflich, toller und gepflegter Wellnessbereich .... besser gehts nicht.Absolute Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder !

We were so happy with our stay here!Our flights were delayed and cancelled but as soon as we arrive in Zermatt and checked in, they gave us enough time to go to our room and came back to have breakfast.The view we got and, the main reason why we came to Zermatt, was simply stunning!The staff were very accomodating amd friendly! Communication is the main key. Keep them posted of your plans like what time you plan to check out (early or late) and they'll see to it you can have your packed lunch or breakfast!

Wir durften 2 Nächte zu fünft in der Rooftop-Suite verbringen. Von Anfang an ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Personal sehr freundlich, Buffet beim Morgenessen lässt keinen Wunsch aus. Das Hotel ist nahe dem Bahnhof sehr gut gelegen, das Zentrum ist zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Das Solebad gibt die nötige Entspannung und ist grosszügig gestaltet. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Todo es perfecto en el apartamento, está muy nuevo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy cómoda. El desayuno es muy completo también. Lo recomiendo 100%, nosotros volveremos!

We visited stunning Zermatt, and during our stay, we were able to call NACO Aparthotel home. The apartment is well-located in the centre of the Zermatt. It was a 5-minute stroll to the central station, and an abundance of shops and restaurants were all very close by.The apartment itself was lovely and modern, and I was genuinely surprised at how well-equipped it was. I could cook a full meal in the small kitchen with ease, and they provided everything you could need.The room featured a lovely balcony which had some fabulous views. There was something comforting about hearing the hundreds of bells of the Valais sheep whilst sat out enjoying a drink.Breakfast in the mornings was served in the sister hotel, but it’s connected using an underground tunnel. It had a hugely impressive selection on its breakfast buffet. There genuinely was something for everyone, from freshly baked pastries to ramen noodles. I especially enjoyed the freshly made pancakes with Nutella sauce and the fresh orange juice station.The service was efficient and friendly, and they were quick to offer any help or trip planning if you had any questions.Overall, I cannot fault our stay, and I would certainly return when coming back to Zermatt.

Das Naco bietet ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind angenehm gross inkl. einer kleinen Küchenzeile, die das wichtigste für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bereit hält - inkl. einer Flasche Rotwein aufs Haus bei Ankunft! Täglich wird nicht nur das Zimmer gemacht, sondern sogar das dreckige Geschirr gespült - aus unserer Sicht nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich. Das Hotel gehört zum anliegenden Arca-Hotel, wo auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist. Beide Hotels sind jedoch durch einen unterirdischen Tunnel verbunden, sodass man wie gewohnt einfach zum Frühstück gelangen kann. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war der Sauna-Bereich: Dieser ist nur durch eine Tür und einen kleinen Gang vom restlichen Wellnessbereich getrennt - jedoch geht die Trennwand nicht bis zur Decke. Dadurch hallt das Geschrei vieler Kinder vom Solebad bis in die Saunen, was die Entspannung etwas schwierig macht. Zu späterer Stunde ist das natürlich besser...
