Enterprise Rent A Car - Geneva Airport (CH)

Rented a station wagon for a day. Short waiting time and everything went smoothly in collecting the car. Thumbs up for Jorge, who is super helpful and patient in explaining all the details. He also offered an upgrade to a compact SUV.

Si je pouvais, je mettrais 0 étoile, tout simplement des voleurs ! J'ai rendu la voiture, rien à signaler, quelques jours plus tard, je reçois une facture de et suis débité de 1600 CHF!!!!!!!. J'ai envoyé de nombreux mails en prouvant que les dommages qu'ils avaient trouvés et facturés sur la portière étaient déjà faits mais aucune réponse à ce jour, ça date de novembre. J'ai fait une vidéo très nette et très détaillée de la voiture avant de la prendre (vidéo datée avec jour et heure) et on y voit clairement les impacts qu'ils m'ont facturés. C'est une somme énorme surtout pour quelque chose que je n'ai pas commis. Je vais faire intervenir mon assurance et le service juridique qui a d'ores et déjà indiqué que c'était de l'abus.

We booked a car with full insurance but were informed at pick up that we have to pay an additional 20 francs per day as we supposedly selected the full insurance without selecting basic insurance. This was not an option on the website when we booked. We had no choice but to pay the additional money despite knowing we were being scammed because we needed the car. Further, we booked a Mini Cooper (economy elite category) and were given a Peugeot 3008 (intermediate crossover category) - the counter staff was quite rude when we did not want this upgrade" and said that we would never have gotten a Mini. Dangerous and risky to rent from this company if anything goes wrong. A breakdown can always happen with bad luck but with Enterprise you don't get any support. No replacement car, no refund, their phone numbers lead you to a sub-contracted towing company which doesn't do commercial support.So they just took our car to repair it and that's it. I guess leaving a few clients stranded is part of the business model, I wrote multiple times to the customer service to no avail. I strongly advise renting from the better known brands, the price difference is just not worth it.You also have to sign the rent contract without seeing the car (there were three more damages on the car than on the contract, I had to correct after having already signed) and after having paid a hefty deposit.

Check out effectué et confirmation reçue le jour même. 3 jours que j'essaie de parler à quelqu'un au téléphone pour avoir des nouvelles. Le côté français répond mais pas moyen de parler à une personne côté suisse. On me renvoie tout le temps vers le helpdesk comme si jetait un robot. L'étre humain c'est bien.Dommage ça gâche l'expérience qui jusque là était agréable grâce au personnel très sympathiqueJ'ai besoin de mon rapidement pour nourrir ma famille."

BE CAREFUL: I reserved a regular car and when I picked it up on 09/07/2023 at 08:41 AM the only employee upsold me an electric car and explained very explicitly that because it was electric there was no need to charge it. I agreed to a charge of 10 CHF for the upsell. I would not have agreed to have to charge the car because I was only using it for a few hours!A month and a half later I received a charge for 47.31 CHF for BATTERY CHARGE and REFUELING SERVICE CHARGE.Please tell your employees to stop lying to upsell customers!

One of the best enterprise experiences I have had. Very simple return process and I have the say the staff are amazing. Especially Hakim. He was very understanding, well mannered and made the return process perfect. So happy to finish such an amazing trip in Interlaken and Geneva with easy and stress free return. Rim was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She gave us great advice and made the whole process very smooth and efficient. Had no issues at all with Enterprise and would recommend.

I have been falsley accused of damaging a car. I received the car with the damage already in place. Assuming that enteprise is a respectable company. Of course i am wrong. Thankfully, I have photos of the damage on the date I took the car from their parking lot. Im trying to call them with no reply from customer service. They are an incompetent company and I really advice people from renting with them.Lets see how long this will take until I get the deposit back.67335 is the ticket number

My personal experience was not great but you can find all major car hire at one place. Make sure you book on Geneva side and nit French. It’s bit of walk after arrival and you feel that you are getting out of the airport but you end at car hire.
