Grossartiges erfolgsorientiertes Karrierecoaching für Frauen in der Finanzbrache / Beratung. War für mich auch eine grosse Unterstützung zurück in den Arbeitsaltag nach einer Auszeit. Das Coaching hat mir sehr geholfen, mir Zeit für mich zu nehmen und herauszuarbeiten, was mir an meiner Karriere wichtig ist, wie ich meine Ziele erreiche und welchen Platz mein Privatleben darin einnehmen soll.

I thought I knew exactly what I want to do in my life. But when I start planning my “next 5years”, I faced some challenges. This is when my friend recommended to me to look for a coach. It turned out that there were some things to work on to make my life brighter and my ideas clearer! Yvonne’s company was my top 3 choices and already after an initial personal meeting, I was sold. Her coaching style approaches life with a good balance of positivity and seriousness. And her personality matches my ideal working partner. Even though I approached Yvonne for career coaching, she has started to work on my personal values and characteristics first. This experience was extremely helpful. She has helped me find myself again, in a straightforward and practical way. I needed a focus on strengths, personal values, and re-connecting with my gut-feeling. Now I can say, that self evaluation is a big step into finding your professional happiness. Coaching is an investment in yourself, your future and I truly believe everyone should go through such process once in their life. It would make so many people more happy and confident about their professional needs.

I met Yvonne at a time where I needed some guidance the most. I was a bit lost about where I want to go. With Yvonne I found not only an amazing coach, but also a mentor to guide me to where I can feel my most authentic self. With her honest approach, she always brings her clients back to their true self and has helped me to have many realizations about what I do want and especially do not want to pursue in my career/life. It also gave me the chance to get more clarity about my priorities for the next few years. I appreciated a lot that she does share her own life experiences and learnings, as they have thought me to listen to my intuition and not to try force anything that does not feel right. She is also really good at giving women the confidence they need to get something done or to go for what they believe in. I am very glad I met her and got to work with her. After a long period of my career break, I didn't even know how/what to start to restart my career. Now I had several sessions with Yvonne and I found myself having bigger dreams and goals to achieve in my life.

I have been working with Yvonne for almost an year, for pursuing my career goals. Through out the journey she has been by my side to listen my aspirations about my life and career goals. She has nudged me to stay focussed on my priorities as I frequently got distracted due to several reasons. She gave me a safe platform to talk about the impact of what I do and what is the purpose behind it.
