The apartment was in excellent condition. Even though it was roughly 30m2, the space was used optimally, so it felt like it was considerably larger. It had a comfortable desk, ideal for working from home office during the pandemic. The kitchen was large (not a small kitchenette which most temporary furnished apartments have), and the location was super quiet and close to the lake. Coop and migros nearby as well. The building was well maintained, and the agency was super responsive and accommodating.

I have been living in one of the apartments with my wife and 2 year old daughter for 11 months. They apartments are newly renovated and they are packed with amenities. Everything is available at your disposal. There are windows throughout which keep the apartment very well ventilated. The trees that surround the area helps you feel the oxygen and the clear air right at the instance you open the windows. Even though the apartment is 31square meters, it feels more like 50. There is no useless space (corridors) and every square meter is utilized to the max. The only reason that we moved was that, due to the CoronaVirus, both me and my wife were working at home, and for a family of 3 it's not the easiest. It only became evident to us the last 2-3 months. I can say with certainty that if I would be able to return to the office and not working from home the whole time, we would still be living there. The location is 5 - 10 minutes walk from the lake (personally the best part of lake), 1 minute away from the Botanic Garden (you can see it from your window) which is amazing. Nearby you can also find Patumbah Park which is very quiet and relaxing. You feel that you are in the middle of the forrest but at the same time, Seefeldstrasse is 5 min away with an excellent connection to center (10-15min). The owners/landlords is very helpful with advice and very responsive. Whatever we requested in terms of amenities (such as a particular desk and baby cot) they provided nearly instantly. It's the best value for money considering the location/public transport/amenities.

The best apartment for newcomers in Zürich1. Great location: coop & migros within 5 mins walk, bus stop (Line 33) right in front, tram (Line 2 and 4) stop within 5 mins walk. Opernhaus & Hauptbahnhof can be easily reached in 8~15 mins by public transport.2. Fully furnished: The furniture is arranged efficiently so that 2 people can live without any inconvenience. The furnishings are in good condition as the apartment is renovated in 2019.3. Large & well-equipped kitchen: kitchen with nice appliances (oven, induction, dishwasher, refrigerator), lots of kitchenwares (pots, plates, cutlery, etc.) and a large working space. Because eating out in Zürich is very expensive, this kitchen was very helpful.Maybe narrow hallways and a little inconvenient laundry system would be a problem. However, as a newcomer, I find it very difficult to get a better furnished apartment in Zürich. The rent is reasonable. The landlord is very responsive and foreigner friendly. I would gladly recommend this apartment.
