Great People, great service!Didn't expected that the visit at Zoll could be so friendly and profesional.

Fantastic service! If you need to get a temporary (2 yrs) authorisation to drive a leased car from EU country (Poland in my case), this is the place to go. I provided car registration card (dowód rejestracyjny), permission to drive from leasing company and car insurance together with my employment contract, Swiss residence permit and apartment lease contract. 25 chf and 15 min later I was happy and relieved I can legally drive my car and keep the license plates. Super helpful and friendly customs officers. They went above and beyond by not only correcting a couple of mistakes on my edec declaration, but also very clearly explaining why those corrections were necessary. They speak very good English, too.

Parking for customers is only available free of charge for 30min and you can only pay for it with cash... How is anyone else supposed to leave the parking??!! This is simply ridiculous, it's 21st century...

Dort angekommen wurde ich die ersten paar Minuten komplett ignoriert. Zwei Herren standen gleich beim Empfang und führten lieber ihr privates Gespräch weiter. Nachdem ich dann die Aufmerksamkeit endlich hatte, wirkte es so, als hätte ich gerade jedem seinen ganzen Tag ruiniert. Genervt kam dann jemand, der sich mir annahm, wies mich aber auch nur darauf hin, dass er mir nicht helfen kann. (Es ging um den Export meines Autos.) Selbst wenn man am falschen Ort ist, kann man trotzdem noch mit Anstand behandelt werden. Der Herr am Schluss hat es wenigstens probiert, mir was zu erklären, aber trotzdem. Ich bin ja nicht euer Feind, ich hatte keine Ahnung und wollte bloss Hilfe.Nachtrag: Da ich gefragt wurde, wann das ganze stattfand; ich war am 4. Mai 2022 um etwa 13:30 Uhr dort.

Waren heute im Zollamt Embrach Embraport um unser Auto als Umzugsgut anzumelden.Wir wurden von Herrn Flück zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient. Die Beratung und Tippe waren einfach nur Spitze. Diese Zollstelle ist sehr zu empfehlen. Herr Flück nochmal herzlichen Dank.
