Es war einfach wunderbar, vielen Dank! Wir haben es sehr bei euch genossen. Das Essen, Ambiente und der Service war so gut, dass wir direkt für den nächsten Morgen erneut reserviert haben. Gibt es erst seit 2 Monaten, ist für uns aber schon ein Highlight :-)

Super nice, eco-friendly, sustainable brunch restaurant. The food is fantastic - all home made. Fair prices and the guy (probably) the owner is super cool. He fluently speaks swiss-gernan, english and italian (and probably even more languages :)) lovely atmosphere with lots of green plantsThey banned avocado from the menu card - which is a big statement. I like :)

Had brunch here- food was local and delicious! Dishes all had beautiful presentations and the server was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and eat here again.

We waited in the entrance for almost 15 minutes and got completely ignored by the staff. All of the 3 waiters looked us in the eyes multiple times but made no effort to greet us. There where more than 5 empty tables. After the long wait we decided to speak up and ask if we please could have a table and eat brunch. They told us with one single word that it was full and walked right away. Very very disappointed. Bad costumer service and rude.Edit: Clearly the manager doesn't even know who I am and confuses me with someone other. How could he know who I am. Nobody approached us or asked us if we needed help. We were completely ignored. Rush hour? I didn't even specify on what time I arrived so how would you now when I was there. To have the audacity to make up lies under my comment just further proves my point. Unprofessional

The best place to have brunch in Locarno. Excellent quality brunch dishes, some times with a twist. Top-notch service and probably the best chocolate cake you’re ever going to try. Strongly recommended!

Tolles Erlebnis! Das Café befindet sich an perfekter Lage mit schönem Innenhof. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Alles ausgewählte Produkte (Bio), gute Portionsgrössen, kreatives und sehr schmackhaftes Frühstück. Service einfach nur top! Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We waited at the entrance but were ignored by all the waiters despite making eye contact with all of them multiple times. After we finaly were adress we learned that they had no room anyway. The place looked nice but ignoring your potential customers is a no-go for me.Edit: In the response the owner suggests I was approached multiple times which was absolutely not the case. The only interaction I had was when I moved inside and asked a staff member directly. I guess there was another guest with the same problem and the owner confuses the two of us.
