Personalwechsel mitten im Vorgang. 3zeilige Emails kosten über 110,-CHF. Fühlte mich nicht gut betreut, Kosten sehr intransparent....

Sehr gute Betreuung durch Etinne Gard. Meine Erfahrung ist sehr positiv.

Leider kann ich Bratschi Wiederkehr & Buob AG nicht für Startups empfehlen. Wir wurden leider nicht gut betreut. Evtl war es nur der eine spezifische Anwalt.

I had a I had a very protracted water damage in my rented flat that lasted for several years.Due to warranty services, my landlord let an incompetent construction manager from the original construction company tinker around in the flat for several years at the expense of my time and privacy. In this case, I urgently needed active and effective legal assistance. In a roundabout way, and to my regret in retrospect, I ended up with the Bratschi law firm. The lawyer in charge of tenancy law was arrogant, let a trainee do all the work, achieved nothing and collected a higher fee than the compensation I finally received from the landlord. When I complained about it, the lawyer said I should rather move and look for a new flat. Afterwards, I also found out why this lawyer did not even send one letter to the landlord. Allegedly, and according to Swiss law, Swiss lawyers are never allowed to accept a mandate from a potential client against whom they have already litigated.In my case, the lawyer cashed out my legal insurance and at the same time left all doors open with my landlord. I wonder if this unethical behaviour is very common in Switzerland.

Ich wurde von Frau Prof. Dr. iur. Isabelle Häner betreut. Sie hat sich sehr für mich eingesetzt. Sie ist fachlich absolut top und sie geht auf das Anliegen sehr gut ein. Ich würde sie jederzeit bei einem ähnlich gelagerten Fall wieder hinzuziehen.
