We ordered delivery using the link on their website. Service was quick, staff was friendly and the food was very delicious. Definitely a rare true Chinese/Shanghainese restaurant in Lugano or even Switzerland. Our only complaint is that the bubble tea was good but on the milky side i.e. the taste of tea wasn't strong, and the straw could be of paper instead of plastic. Otherwise highly recommend.

First encounter on the phone was extremely dismissive and rude, she asked me how old I was, thinking I was a child and she said she will not take our order simply because she did not understand what was being said. Had to repeat the address 6 times and even then she did not understand. Simply horrible staff. I do not recommend.*As a 23 year old adult, I am old enough to order alcohol, which we DID NOT even order, we attempted to order fried rice (amongst other things) which we had to repeat 6 times as well as she did not understand what we were saying. We called ONCE and were so rudely dismissed. Clearly no experience or understanding of hospitality if this is the way you reply to customers. Thank you for the tip but as you can imagine there will be no next time.

Freundlich, aber mehr auch nicht. Die Peking-Suppe bestand hauptsächlich aus Pfeffer und nicht wie üblich, aus den traditionellen Gewürzen. Die Ente war der Horror: Knochen in Vielzahl und der Geschmack war ekelhaft und salzig, obwohl wir baten, sie ohne Gewürze zuzubereiten.Der Gang zur Toilette glich Spielbergs „Shining“.Schade um das Geld und für mein Kind, dass sich so geekelt hat.

I ordered takeaway in person first of all. The staff who helped me was very nice. I do not know italian and my Chinese is not that good either, but the menu does have English. I ordered 2 bubble teas, 2 shrimp dumplings ( shrimp ravioli) which is a total of 8 pieces and they are decent sized, and Mapo Tofu. They are all legit and good. Also if your mapo tofu container looks like it is leaking ish that is normal and okay, nothing leaks. I do think it is a little pricey but you know it is worth it. The bubble tea is soso but it is probably the best bubble tea you can get in Lugano. And yes I will be planning to go back to this place again soon.

Gerichte mit rotem Stern sind nicht für den westlichen Geschmack gedacht. Das macht es noch interessanter. Wir hatten zwei Gerichte, die wirklich einen besonderen, leckeren neuen Geschmack hatten. Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat uns viel über das Essen erzählt bevor wir bestellt haben.

Food: 4* The quality of the food was very good, well seasoned, fresh and well prepared.Service: 4* The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs.Value for $: 3.5* On the more expensive side and u can average about 120 for two people including drinks.Visit again: 5* YesAmbiance: Good ambiance and seating on the inside and outside, although its on the main street and little noisy.Parking: There is parking available very near to the restaurant.
