Highly recommended to me by knowledgeable friends and I can see why. Dirk is quick, efficient, knowledgeable of course, and is generous to share well-guided exercises and advice to extend the therapy/ enable self-care outside of his Praxis. He is philosophical and has a subtle sense of humour to boot which can only help in times of distress :)
