Costya is professional and has great expertise in Horlogerie. Before going to the watch lab, I consulted a few experts for the reparation of my watches and frankly I was unsatisfied with the quality of the services provided to me, let alone the prices. My experiences with the watch lab (Costya) has been very pleasent and satisfying. He knew exacty what he was doing and with a fraction of price (compared to others). Above all, he is a very nice person to talk to. I appreciated his welcoming and friendly attitude. I would go to him without any doubt for any Horlogerie related matter.

Ran into a watch trouble during travel and was staying in Geneva for 1 day. Got in touch with Mr. Costya to see if anything can be done about the issue to which he assured that it can be fixed. After meeting with him, he took me through all the details of everything that will be done which greatly helped relieve my anxiety. Really appreciated his willingness to put customer first and offer the best way forward. He also offered to fix the watch as fast as possible to accommodate my schedule. In the end, I left the shop as a happy customer and satisfied with the work done.
