I don’t get the bad reviews from people pretending to walk in and buy whatever they want, it doesn’t work that way.I had a great experience as a first time customer, I asked for the watch I liked and after waiting for some time I received a call to come and pick it up, I couldn’t be happier :)

There was a bit of a queue to get in and although in typical Rolex fashion there are no pieces available for purchase the gentleman who served me was very helpful in showing me the time pieces and advising on AD relationships.

If you expect to arrive and have a chance to get one you won’t. When we showed up they said they have none to sell and would only put you on a list if you were local.Now if you email them they said to come in and check but they don’t tell you you have no chance unless you you live here.
