Alpine Sports Andermatt

State of the art service and great results. I had my daughter of 4 years in private lessons and for the first time on the ski. The teaching has been super safe and super fun! We also had support in renting the equipment and in booking the hotel. Total fun! The man to know in town!

Our family of four (2 young teenagers) has been very impressed by the quality of ski coaches provided (one for the kids, one for an adult intermediate). The teaching has been exceptionally good (at the adult level without doubt the best and most experienced coaching I’ve encountered in any ski school) and we were really happy with the bespoke service provided by Peter at Alpine Sports, who has been extremely flexible and helpful throughout. Highly recommended, we will certainly use Alpine Sports Andermatt again.

What an amazing organization. Peter and his staff are incredible. The airline left all our bags and we had no winter clothes with us. As soon as we let our instructor know about this she kindly brought us some food to help us out!!! The lessons were out of this world, Nathalie and Jorge are amazing instructors. Each one helped everyone in our group learn so many new things. My wife always has a hard time skiing but somehow Nathalie was able to make her enjoy an learn a lot. Peter also organized a babysitter for our 2 year old, she did amazing with out little one. The babysitter name is Valeria. We will be coming back for sure, Thank you Peter and team!!!!

Brilliant. Took three nervous beginner skiers and turned them into skiers capable of coming down the mountain in a week. Friendly, patient, capable, always early to the lesson, and always prepared to help out with skis and getting the kids back to hotel afterwards. I could not recommend these people more highly. We are coming back next year, chiefly because of this excellent ski school.

Our kids aged 10 and 6 just did a week’s ski lessons at the Alpine Sports Ski School in Andermatt. The overall experience was excellent- this is a top-notch ski school. Briefly here’s why:1. The ski instructors are just great. We had Martin and Maria. Both were great with the kids, very capable teachers, energetic and just plan nice people. They are both excellent ski instructors and part of the reason is that Martin ( who is Swiss ) and Maria ( from Spain) are both impressively multilingual. Our kids were taught in English, and both Martin’s and Maria’s English is excellent. This is not a given for ski instructors in Switzerland.2. The management of Alpine Sports Ski School was also impressively flexible and available. We are in the middle of a global pandemic so even though on most days, due to cancellations our kids were the only ones in the class the lessons still took place. This is just fantastic! I have never had this experience in my 6 years of kids group ski lessons in Switzerland. My experience until now is that the lessons would be cancelled if there’s only one child in the group.

A top notch outfit. Everyone in the family had their first ever ski lessons. Joey, Melker, and Julian were great with us and the boys. The entire operation at Alpine Sports Andermatt is great, and we'd highly recommend.

Highly recommended! We put our two children (8/4) in 2 different courses for several days. Both kids had a awesome time and made excellent progress in skiing! The care was individually, reliable and flexible, with a maximum of service, all around. We will definitely book this school again the next time. Thank you Martin, Jitka and Han!

I spontaneously had an hour's ski lesson with Martin from Alpine Sports Andermatt and am SO thankful to him. He was fantastic and spotted immediately several things I was doing wrong (I've just come back to skiing after a 20-year break...). He helped me to fix them with some drills, advised me competently on ski length/hire and was very patient, relaxed and supportive.The Alpine Sports ski school itself was also very flexible, helping to arrange payment remotely without any trouble. I understand it's a very international school with lots of ski instructors who speak different languages (Martin's English was perfect). I will definitely book another longer lesson when I go back to Andermatt in a couple of weeks. Many thanks!

My experience with Alpine Sports Andermatt far exceeded my wildest expectations. The instructors were excellent, patient, attentive, and went above and beyond their job descriptions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for my husband and I. The customer service is unbeatable. They are eager to accommodate every need, meet you at your skill level, answer all questions, and make scheduling/logistics a seamless experience. Could not recommend more highly, you MUST ski with them!
