I came to get Omega X Swatch watch’s. However, sales women were directly told me all of new all watches for the show only and out of stock !!Am sure it’s available and can see some customers waiting to get them. However, don’t know why they are doing this kind of black market sales strategy !!No information about the stock level and no information about bringing new Omega X swatch ?!I think Omega should review their collaboration partners on the future !!

I just took in a 35-40 year old swatch which was not working. The woman working there was super friendly and within a couple of minutes swapped out the battery (no charge) and strap (15,-). Then polished the glass and the watch is as good as new.

Sehr nette Bedienung. Ich brauchte ein neues Armband an meine uralte Swatch IRONY. Offiziell gibt es eigentlich keine mehr dafür. Aber sie haben mir eines von einem anderen Shop organisiert und rangemacht. SUPER, danke vielmals!

Am 17.01. Nachmittag war ich bei Swatch Luzern. Die Dame war sehr hilfsbereit zu versuchen, alle Probleme zu lösen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Top Service.

Worst customer service by the Chinese lady who I presume was the owner.I had no choice but to check this store out because it was the only one selling the omega swatch collection. The lady made her customers wait out in a queue in the cold. Very strange. The day was saved by an employee who was nice and helpful.Would not recommend this place. Worst shopping experience in Switzerland.
