Hotel Villa Honegg

Our stay at Villa Honegg was perfect, a dream come true!We have to thank the whole hotel team, especially William and Beatrix.William's travel channel on instagram and YouTube helped us a lot in choosing our travel destination and he was very attentive to us at all times.Also, as soon as we booked the hotel, we received messages from Beatrix suggesting that we book the dinners at the restaurant and massage at the spa. With that, we booked and did not have any problems during our stay. She gave us good suggestions during the trip that made our stay more enjoyable.We hope to come back soon!

Pity cannot give 0 stars. Overpriced for nothing. Didn’t like the room, not like advertised, really average standard. Pool small with a few sun loungers, crowded, not what you expect from the 5*. You have restaurant next to it - not a relaxing feeling at all. Food was average as well. Looking at the full picture - not worth the money at all - go somehwere else!

Its such a beautiful hotel with a breathtaking location and view. The service was very friendly! We had a young waiter who was so kind and nice and he also helped me with my terrible hay fever.The hotel is on top of the mountain, the way is definitely worth it!

Absolutely brilliant….!This boutique resort is simply mind blowing.I had originally seen a random video on FB over 10 years ago and I had put in on my must do list.And thankfully got the chance to finally visit here, and it was one of the best experiences of my life.The drive is steep and the views already lifts your moods as we reach to this hill top resort.They have plenty of parking around, we saw a few people including a child also walk to the Burgenstock resort through the hills and it’s about a 20 minute trek as informed by the hotel receptionist. This is perhaps to either visit the other resort or use public transport as the bus operates only from that part to the nearest towns.So the reception team are extremely welcoming and we were shown around the facilities.The spa, fitness and finally the best infinity swiming pool of my life.The smiling and non intruding staff make the experience brilliant.In the end we were all left with this feeling on peace, calm and content along with thankfulness.A must visit, recommended….!

Stayed there for 4 nights and we were beyond pleased. I had toothache during my stay and the staff was very helpful in helping to reach local pharmacy shops and getting us a taxi ride to get there. It was overall an unforgettable experience and I will look forward to visiting again in the future.

Top place with brilliant service and friendly staff. Food and drinks are ok. Prices are not very big. We visited the place in working day and it was not busy at all. Definitely recommended.

Outstanding hotel in Ennetbürgen, which we visited in December. The hotel sits on top of a hill that’s not on public road. We got there by taking a bus from Lucerne station that gets us to the Ennetbürgen stop. Once we arrived we were greeted by the nice hotel staff driving a Mercedes minivan, which took us up the hill to the hotel.The hotel itself is not new, but is very well kept. Room is clean and spacious depending on the type. Bed is nice and comfortable. Wifi is fast enough.The restaurant is small and nice, but nothing over the top about it. They have decent wine selection from Europe and use locally-sourced ingredients in their menu. For breakfast you can have it delivered in the morning at a pre-selected timeframe with your preferred choice of dishes.Because we visited in December, the hotel is not that crowded. We were able to use the heated pool as we liked and didn’t have to wait long to book the massage.Note: We booked a package for our stay. Beware that with package the hotel can assign you either a Junior or Corner suite. The Corner suite is better, but you may not get it - which was disappointingly the case for us.
