J'ai loué une voiture et j'ai été très contente! La voiture était très bien et le service excellent dispo 24h/24 et très sympathique! Je recommande!

Very helpful staff, anyone can rent a car in Lausanne any time of a day. Car rental service is always there to help you. The Renault cars are brand new. It looks like we were the first people to drive them!Very very satisfied!

Amateur serviceHaving a car rental service 24/24h 7 days a week in Lausanne sounds convenient. However, our experience with SWISS Rent Car was not satisfactory. We rented a car online, went to the offices and were told they had no cars available. We were told there was a problem in the system that was allowing customers to rent cars even if they had none available (although I had read another reviewer having the same problem months before us). So he offered us a BMW instead of the car we rented, for just" 200 CHF more. Since we did not need a BMW we declined and then suddenly he offered us a brand new Clio he had in the garage (even if he had clearly stated before he had no cars besides the BMW). I really don’t like having the impression that someone is trying to fool me. We were (we felt very unnecessarily) reminded that if we returned the car with a scratch or dirt stains in the seats

Used a few times and cars are always heavily damaged. Without a formal check-in or check-our process you’re in their hands when it comes to damage on the car. Without proof, they withheld the deposit (1,000) to use for repairs.I would strongly avoid. Competitor hire-cars up the road might be slightly more, but not if you get charged for damages. These cowboys are cheap for a reason.

ENFIN !!!! Enfin une agence de location de voiture ouverte 24/24 ! Par ailleurs, un service à la clientèle IMPECCABLE !! C'est tellement rare, que ça mérite d''être souligné ! Bravo et merci aux collaborateurs de l'agence de l'agence pour leur professionnalisme, leur sourire, leur gentillesse et leur efficacité !

I booked through their website to hire a car in Geneva. Even though Google maps shows a location for this company in Geneva there is nothing there. I never got a car and when I phoned the helpline, they said they only hire cars from Lausanne. The website allows you to book in Geneva, the website says you can hire anywhere in Switzerland but I did not get a car and I am still fighting for a refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Worst car agency in SwitzerlandBunch of thieves . They took 1300 francs for Mini Cooper but got a manual cleo instead . Are insisting on not returning my money

Voiture en mauvais état, plein pas fait au départ mais n'ont pas proposé un remboursement pour le plein rendu à la fin de la location.

I would not recommend using this company. We reserved a car for Sunday at 8:30am in Lausanne. When we showed up, there was no one at the office. We called customer service, but no one picked up and there was no way to leave a message. After 10 calls to their 24 hour service didn’t get through, we took an Uber to our destination. I then received a call ~90 minutes later from them apologizing that their phone line was down and that an office worker showed up at 9:25am (an hour after our scheduled reservation?). I asked for my money back, but only received about 85% back. I emailed them again what was going on and received no answer. I contacted Amex to dispute the charge as a result. In summary, it’s not worth this amount of trouble.

Manque de professionnalisme complet... Après nous avoir fait payé 2 fois la location de véhicule par erreur (sur place par carte bancaire + prélèvement en ligne), je n'ai jamais reçu le remboursement et ce malgré des mois de relances et discussions par email et téléphone. Comment est-ce possible de ne pas se rendre compte qu'il y a un trop-perçu pour une société qui suit correctement ses comptes et ses clients ? Je recommande d'aller directement chez AVIS, en face de la gare, ou de passer par la plateforme entre particuliers 2em, tous deux bien plus efficaces et honnêtes.
