I did not have a good experience here, though I was referred to a specific person (whom I prefer not to name) to have my hair cut as she was highly recommended. I had to wait a half hour beyond my appt time, outside in the heat, only to have my hair botched up in a style that is simple & basic. The hairdresser insulted me by telling me that she does not do 'old lady' styles & that I could go somewhere else next time if that's what I wanted. I did not ask for the moon - if she couldn't be professional enough to do what I asked for, then she should not have even begun on my hair. I was charged 92chf for a horrible cut that I had to get someone else to fix while on holiday in a foreign country. I had no hair left but it was better than what I left this place looking like. Two stars is quite generous in my opinion.
