I agree with the previous and my experience was the following, I came a bit earlier than 10 AM on Saturday to change money, the employee told me that, it would be complicated to do some processes shortly before closing, please come on Monday. I then asked, but I thought you were closing at 11 AM. The answer was yes, we close at 11 but we need time to prepare the shut down of the system.What to say, should I have complained and create a mess? I didn't but with such customer service and attitude it's difficult to trust the post as a brand. If you come up this branch please keep viel viel Geduld
