He supported me in purchasing an apartment in Ticino and was extremely responsive and helpful throughout, despite my being abroad throughout the entire period leading up to the actual finalisation of the purchase agreement.He was always friendly and understanding of my complicated circumstances, and worked to accommodate them. As I don't speak Italian, he helped with explaining information only available in Italian, and also helped me identify a good notary who could work in languages I do understand. His proficiency in English and his thoroughness helped reassure me that my questions and needs were understood and that I could rely on the answers I received.I would absolutely say that Samuel went above and beyond, and feel fairly certain that his proactiveness and way of being and doing were pivotal in enabling the completion of this purchase. The experience was as smooth and comfortable as one could hope for.
