Worst visa application experience in my entire life (& trust me, I applied for a looot of visas). Submitted the application on the 3rd of Feb, got my passport returned 3.5 (!!!) months later. Before that they were keeping it hostage and wouldn't provide even an approximate waiting time, even when you call paid Q&A service (don't do it, their responses are automated). I lost a lot of money & reservations because of this, missed my birthday celebrations my friends planned for me, and simply couldn't travel to other countries for business trips, which my managers were really not happy about. Oh yeah, and no apology, no compensation for the inconvenience, nothing. Maybe it's only like that in Geneva because they are slow at every institution like that, next time will try applying from the German part or any other country/service provider. The security guy at the entrance was very friendly though - the only reasonable person there.

Worst visa application of my life!Anyone considering to pay for the priority 5 days visa service – do not do it as TLS/UKVI cannot provide it!I applied for an accelerated business visa with an all-in cost of nearly 600 EUR and that was supposed to be processed within 5 business days. It was delivered 3 months later and for this reason I had to cancel my business trip triggering tons of frustration and making me lose my pre-paid non-refundable travel arrangements. While I was still hoping to get it on time for my trip, I escalated the issue to the paid UKVI hotline and via the TLS feedback/contact form but this did not produce any result. TLS provided a standard scripted answer essentially saying that they don’t know anything (which is true as they take no part in the decision making process), while UKVI hotline raised some sort of a ticket and even investigated a bit, but it also led to nothing. What a waste of time and money! Totally unacceptable and almost unbelievable that this has happened!Important to note that throughout the process the individual TLS employees in Geneva office were very nice and did their utmost to help, but looks like the system is simply dysfunctional and they are equally suffering from it.Dear fellow travelers, please think twice before paying for the premium service as highly probably you will not get it. Do not believe what TLS is committing to do, they have no control or influence over the completely broken process with the UKVI. Complaining or escalating does not produce any tangible results, just more frustration and fees.Dear TLS, 1) please remove the 5 days accelerated service from your menu – effectively, you do not have it 2) please do not advise to contact you via the TLS contact form –this is completely useless and no internal investigation (if you actually do them) will change the fact that you failed to deliver 3) stop telling people to check the status of the application online – it has no dates or time estimates, hence not serving the purpose.Disclaimer: I had multiple UK visas in the past and I never violated any immigration rules, so it simply cannot be that I got so unlucky to be particularly scrutinized by the visa issuing authority.

The booking process and recording of biometric data went smoothly and was very professional. If only I knew this is where the great service would end. The delivery of my passport turned into a logistic nightmare, I do not work from home and there was no option to change the delivery address to my work address. I contacted TLS multiple times but apparently their capability to respond to emails seems non existent. I would definitely say this organization prioritizes their monopoly on visa applications but in terms of communication the level of incompetence is hard to fathom. I really hope you do better because once competitors come to the market, with this conduct, your firm would not survive a year.

Professional and clear with instructions. Easily accessible by public transport. I requested assisted service, my passport was ready for collection in 7 days. The only snag is that I could not track the status or progress of the Visa process, so I was slightly anxious during the waiting period.

Very smooth and efficient service. Staff was polite and helpful. It took me less than 10min to get through. Taking a star away for 2 reasons 1) there seemed to be some problem with the air conditioning? The office is small and it was quite hot inside and 2) the visa application process itself is costly as the end up charging a lot for the various services. The service is mostly online with no phone service, the only way to get support is via email and that has its turn around time.

One of the worst experience un my life in the last 20 years. Very bad from reception until the end. I feel that I am in Nord Corea or in dectature country. The process is very unclear and they look only to make you paying more, service 0, personel 0, overall 0. If you have the choice I dont recommand for anyone.

First of all - it’s hard for me to understand how they came up with the price list. It’s the third time I’ve been applying for a visa with TLS, but the previous 2 visits were at another location and another country and they were fine. But this exact Application Center in Geneva is just terrible. The security guard behaves like he owns the entire building. Generally, the people who work there give you a feeling that you are not welcome and that you’re wasting their time. Almost feels like I need something from them, not the other way. I want to point out that it’s a private company and has nothing to do with the UK, so this behavior is just unacceptable. They are arrogant and rude for no good reason.When we came all the way from Bern to pick up the passports - the security guard made me feel stupid that I didn’t make the copy of my passport and said that they don’t make copies inside. However, after I managed to make the copy in another building and came back - I’ve seen the TLS contact price list on the desk of one of their workers and they indeed offer you an option to print or make a copy of any document you need for additional payment, which is ridiculous too. I hope that UK will come up with some sort of solution and will get rid of TLS contact. Last but not least - they offer the prime time appointments for a much higher price, however, it’s almost empty there all the time, so don’t bother pay for ANY additional services that they offer.
