DHL Service Point (VOI Spiegel)

On Feb. 7 a DHL courier came to my apartment block to deliver a shipment to me. He or she rang my door bell at the entrance of the apartment block. In a minute I was at the entrance, but the courier already left. People standing at the entrance told me that this courier drove away in about 30 seconds (!) after ringing my door bell.On Feb. 9 I called the DHL customer service and I was finally able to order a delivery of my shipment to my apartment block again.However, the courier had not come until Feb. 13.That day I called the DHL customer service again, told them about the inappropriate behavior of the courier and asked where I could pick up my shipment by myself. The customer service agent told me that my shipment was in the DHL service point on Chasseralstrasse 156 and I could pick it up there. On the same day I arrived to the DHL service point. However, an employee there told me that they did not have my shipment at this service point. I called the DHL customer service, waited about 20 minutes to speak to an agent, but no agent appeared on the line. That is why I still do not know where my shipment is and if everything is okay with it. The shipment costs about 1 200 CHF.There were also less important flaws from DHL in this situation.Overall, the courier and the agent behaved very unprofessionally.Moreover, DHL does not reply to negative customer reviews -- that is also a sign that they are not much concerned about their clients.
