Im Coaching schafft Elvira Krämer eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre in der man sich gut öffnen und wohlfühlen kann. Durch ihre gezielten Fragestellungen kann ich andere Perspektiven einnehmen, das Verhalten oder die Gedanken besser verstehen und vor allem nach Lösungswegen suchen. Das gelingt ihr bei mir jedes Mal aufs Neue! Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass ich durch sie mich besser kennenlernen kann, dabei lerne mir Gutes zu tun und mit schwierigen Situationen umzugehen.
