Elise’s yoga sessions are brilliant. She certainly knows her stuff and brings that depth of knowledge into her lessons. She is a personable teacher who always tries to get the most out of our time together. I would highly recommend her!

Excellent retreat: Elise successfully created an atmosphere in our June yoga retreat ( Greece) where all participants could feel her personal touch and care. The yoga sessions are intensive and very well balanced. It was never too much. Instead, lots a new skills acquired and I can definitely recommend attending her yoga retreat no matter what stage of yoga you are in. The people, the location, the food, and the vibe were so enjoyable!

Elise is a fantastic yoga teacher, passionate, very generous with her time, and attentive to individual needs, with knowledge not only of various types of yoga styles but also of anatomy & calisthenics that she integrates in her teaching. I have attended many group classes (bikram, flow, yin) as well as an amazing yoga retreat, which I absolutely loved. Elise definitely contributed to improve my practice.

Super Yoga instructor, teacher, or whatever you want to call. From highly demanding Bikram lessons to very relaxing Yin practices, Elise is many body lengths ahead of the rest. She performs the asanas with the pupils, giving good and clear example of what needs to be done and what not. Additionally, she keeps an eye on every single participant adjusting her/his asanas for the best result. And this, with permanent smile and sense of humor though being rigorous. What else can you ask for? Bravo Elise!

I had private as well as group yoga classes with Elise and highly recommend her as a teacher! She has a great understanding of human anatomy, how muscle groups work together, and how to improve practice or reduce pain. Her classes were always well prepared and tailored to my practice. Not only is Elise extremely competent and challenging, she is also the kindest and most authentic person to be with. It's a real pleasure to have a session with Elise.

Absolutely love every single one of Elise's yoga classes. Every flow is different and so creative, not to mention her knowledge of human anatomy how different poses help the body. Can I give her a 10/5 stars ?
