I am aware that the actions of the Secretariat fide de Berne have put our school in a difficult and challenging situation and caused the school many shortcomings towards their clients.I want to make it clear that I had no knowledge or involvement in these actions, and that I am deeply committed to addressing the situation and taking steps to restore our school's reputation and operations. I understand the concerns and frustrations of our students and staff, and I am dedicated to ensuring that we emerge from this situation stronger and more united than ever before.In the coming days and weeks, I will be working closely with our staff and partners to assess the situation and develop a plan for moving forward. Any language academy associated with Anouche Karaman is a scam. She has taken money for FIDE tests and stopped responding to emails to more than one person.

Ecole extrêmement mal gerée qui méprise le travail fourni par ses professeurs de langue : 2 mois de cours non payés avec plus de 400 euros dû à ce jour suite à une soi-disant faillite. Pourtant l'école est toujours ouverte. Des procédures judiciaires sont en cours car il est inacceptable de faire travailler les gens pour du beurre et disparaître dans la nature comme si de rien n'était.

La directrice est une voleuse et une menteuse. Elle ne respecte pas ce qu’elle vend, et ouvre de multiples sociétés mais elles font toutes faillites alors elle utilise d’autre noms aussi ne pas lui faire confiance elle veut que encaisser.

I carried out an intensive 2 week course with Nadia and I had such a wonderful experience with Learn French Geneva that I really feel has changed my life. Following my French course, I am now good enough to carry out most day to day interactions and people rarely switch to English with me now. This has given me so much more confidence to speak French more and it has improved in my day to day life. Nadia tailored each daily session to specifically work on the errors that I was making and this has set me up so well to continue to work on these and to move forwards in my learning journey with added enthusiasm and hope. I not only learned a lot, but Nadia seemed to be able to make each session fun and engaging too. It has been a real boast getting so many compliments on my French since doing this course and I undoubtedly have Nadia to thank. I really like this school, it is very personal and familiar. Teachers, especially 1:1 lessons, are well structured and organized. All tutors are very well educated and prepared for the lessons.Also my friends who have tried this school are impressed of the first class service and outstanding help.The school offers various courses in different languages. All teachers are native, what was very important for me.Try it, you won‘t regret.

Anouche Karaman and any school associated with her is a scam. Do not transfer any money to her, or any of her businesses. She sets up websites, receives money for FIDE tests, etc; and runs away with your money.

I am very happy to be working as a part time instructor at LFG / Swiss Language Academy. As a trainer I am allowed to be flexible and creative with the planning of the lessons, which is a big plus. Additionally, the school offers educational trainings and organizes regular meetings (so far the current situation allows). Last but not least, the supervisors are fairly attentive and helpful.

I have been working part-time for Learn French Geneva for a few months now, teaching German on a one-to-one basis to foreign language students. The language of instruction with me is German, English, French or Portuguese, depending on the student's preference. I go to the students' homes or give online lessons. The school is professionally run and the teachers are carefully selected, trained and supervised. I am very satisfied and plan to increase my workload as soon as my other activities allow.

This is a great school for learners of all levels. Lessons schedules are flexible and now offered on-line. They will try to match you with a target-language teacher who is also a speaker of your own native language and this is a huge benefit in the early stages of language learning. Their experienced teachers are also great for help with integration - whether that's understanding the refuse collection rules, who to speak to in the local administration or what to do about a tick-bite!
