Almost 3 months ago we've lost to cancer our precious scottie boy Platon. As foreigner in Switzerland I did not know where to go, and the farewell procedure as they explained at the vet did not seem right. So I basically found Memorypet from google reviews. Now it is time to leave here my own. I cannot find enough words to thank Roberto and Elisabetta for their care for Platon and us and their patience. We took a decision to call the vet home, and made a few attempts to do it, but then there was a moment when we understood it is a right one for him. We coordinated with Roberto all the timing (we do not live in Lausanne), they came to pick him up minutes after the vet was gone, on a weekend. It meant a world to know all these last days of him with us that someone is there to support us and make everything right 24/7. With memories of a loved one at the sorrow tragic sad time you do not have a second chance to make them right, so it was so good to know they are there for us whenever we are ready. A week after we got the ashes back and buried him in the place he and we loved. I am in peace with all that. Roberto and Elisabetta, thank you very much for your kindness in your very hard work, thank you for opening your business - you are very very special among many existing. And we hope that our furry babies will be with us forever, so I want to say that I recommend everyone forever not to think to come to you, but still if the moment comes I recommend you with all my heart.
