They gave me quick reply, arrived on time, fix the problem, affordable price.I called them yesterday, this morning Monsieur Yannick arrived and fix my sink and he gave me the paper to give to my régie.when I contacted them, they show me the price. they know what they do, I know what I am paying for. Yannick was great help! Incredibly professional and prompt, it solved a big problem for us (bathtub and kitchen sink clogged) just a few days before Christmas holidays.Everything was smooth and I am glad I have found a plumber that I will keep using going forward

Called to get a price to install a new faucet in the kitchen. They asked me to take photos of the new and old (in place) faucets, the sink, and under the sink. They sent me a quote in under an hour. Their price was good, they scheduled an appointment for the next day, showed up on time, and not only did a good job but were very friendly. Highly recommend.

We invited Yannick in order to fix a leaking water pipe which was part of the sanitary installation for our washing machine. Yannick arrived in time, checked the problem, immediately detected the point of leak and what will be the best but also professional way to solve it. He was very customer-service oriented and explained us the costs with full transparency. He solved it in less than 30 minutes of work with cleaning and checking that all is good. I was amazed by his excellent service and I recommend anyone who needs a plumber to use his services. We spoke French during the meeting however I believe that he speaks English too.

I have been very happy with Yannick. He was always prompt and explained everything he needed to do. I had a loss of pressure in the hot water and he not only fixed the problem that day but offered an improvement which I accepted and was done at my convenience. We hired Yannick to fix the drain in a kitchen we are using for a short term rental. He is the best plumber we have ever worked with-- professional, civilized, gentle, honest, intelligent, and gracious. Even though we hope we do not need a plumber again in the future, we'd be happy to call Yannick regardless! :)
