All staff and flight attendants are very polite and friendly service. Food and drinks are good. Although there's turbulence, we could sleep very well. From Munich to Zurich and Zurich to Bangkok flights are very nice trip with warm welcome. Really appreciate it!

Bin mit Swiss Air im November von Zürich nach Thailand geflogen, sowohl der Hinflug als auch der Rückflug waren eine Katastrophe sodass ich diese DEUTSCHE Fluggesellschaft niemandem empfehlen kann. Die Preise sind für das gebotene Masslos übertrieben. In der Economy hat man zu den Seiten so wenig Sitzabstand dass man permanent mit seinem Sitznachbarn kuscheln muss, sogar den Mundgeruch muss man riechen. Nach vorne ist der Sitzabstand so gering dass das einnehmen der Notlandungsposition für keinen normalgrossen Erwachsenen möglich ist, eine Notausstiegsprozedur möchte ich mir nicht vorstellen da diese unweigerlich in einer Katastrophe enden würde.Weitwehin hat mich, meine Begleitung und einen Freund folgendes auf dem Flug gestört was ich zum Teil auch mit Bildern belegen kann:Keine menükartenKeine Erfrischungstücher.Keine vernünftige Belüftung.90 minuten von Ankündigung des Essens bis servierenKein gipfeli zum zmorgeNach 4 stunden Flugzeit kein bier mehr vorrätig.2 mal Getränkeservice in 10 stundenCola und andere Softdrinks aus 1,5l pet Flaschen.Auf dem Rückflug Kalorien reduzierte GetränkeKein Eis für Getränke.Kein WhiskeyOmelette nicht abgeschmecktPortionen lächerlich kleinKeine Snacks, auch nicht auf Nachfrage oder gegen Bezahlung.Weder zum Frühstück noch zum z'nacht salz und Pfeffer in der BestecktascheZwischenverpflegung vor dem WC als SBDreckiger getränkehalterEs wird zu selten der Müll abgeholt, das abräumen der Tabletts dauert über eine Stunde sowohl beim Abendessen wie auch beim Frühstück.Unfreundliches KabinenpersonalNie wieder werde ich mit Swiss" international Airways fliegen

After being for many years a Swiss air lines customer for the first time I lost today my flight due to a major street accident. I tried to find the contact number but as it is very well hidden behind other information, so i first tried via the automated chat which of course didn’t help. When I finally found the number and reached out to them they first told me they might change the flight with a fee but then dropped my call after a long waiting time. On the second call they finally told me that it was too late (around 2 hours after the flight) and that as mine was considered a non-show I couldn’t use my flight back either unless I was willing to pay double price plus a penalty fee for my non-show! So I bought a new round trip flight. Horrible experience with the Italian customer center

Missed my flight due to visa issues. Had no problem in rebooking with a small fee.Flew from South Africa to Zurich to Barcelona- Prague to Barcelona- Barcelona to Zurich to SA.Flights were comfortable and on flight services was good. Swiss lounge was also amazing.

I try and fly with Swiss as often as I can. It is my preferred airline. Staff on the actual aeroplane have always been super friendly and helpful. Saying that , I cannot recommend the staff at the Swiss counter should you have a query regarding your ticket. If the airline relied on the ‘ground staff ‘ at the ticket office then I do not know if they would be my preferred airline , but the staff on the actual flights are first class.

Swiss Airlines economy class seats vary depending on the type of aircraft, and some passengers may find the legroom and seat width very uncomfortable. In terms of service, Swiss Airlines offers complimentary meals and beverages on long-haul flights, while on short-haul flights, only light snacks and drinks are provided. Outside of meal times, flight attendants may provide water or other drinks upon request, but this may not be a full-service experience.Regarding Swiss Airlines mileage policy, passengers who upgrade from economy to premium economy by bidding may not be able to claim mileage for their upgraded ticket. So i learned ... Sight. However, it's important to check the airline's fare rules and mileage policy before upgrading to ensure you understand what benefits you'll receive and if they're eligible for mileage credit.Overall, it's best to research and compare airline policies and seating options to find the best fit for your travel needs and preferences. I learned the hard way, that a 12 hour flight from London to Singapore was very stressful with a very uncomfortable seat and space.

I made an online application for a financial compensation to which the passengers have the right in a case of a severe delay, due to an airline. My flight was in February. It’s been months (5 to be precise) and in between I have called them at least 7 times to get whatever news on the subject but I haven’t received any … whatsoever. My impression is that even Ryanair treats its passengers better. What’s the conclusion that I make?You might be (sourly) disappointed by Swiss so think twice. If the flight goes well no need to worry … as is always the case. If there’s a problem with a flight do not think that Swiss treats its costumers according to the stereotypical image of Swiss accuracy. It’s all the contrary.

We have flown with Swiss Air several times and each experience has been fantastic. The staff members were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful throughout the journey. Based on our repeated positive experiences, I highly recommend flying with Swiss Air.

Flug wurde annulliert wegen Turbinenproblemen. Sehr lange Wartezeit am Schalter (nicht mal ein Drittel der Arbeitsplätze besetzt) und dann auch noch sehr knauserig beim Hotel. Das Budget für das Abendessen war so knapp angesetzt, dass das Hotel kreativ werden musste um überhaupt etwas anbieten zu können… Hahnenwasser gabs immerhin…
