New bike died after 4 weeks. They don’t answer the phone and after 2 weeks of slow emails there is still no solution. ☹️. At this price point the lack of reliability and support is unacceptable.Note: this review is of the Ampler product not the person who is their Basel ambassador. Outside of pre-sales the local ambassadors are not equipped to provide assistance. You are limited to emails only.
