We were made to wait in the rain for 1,5 hours (we had announced our arrival 2 days earlier, and this time had also been approved by the property). Nobody answered the phone or let us in. When the manager finally showed up, we where led to a room that hadn’t seen a vacuum for a while. Used Kondoms in the corner. We could not lock the room door. Guess the party scene is ok since there was so much noice that we could not sleep. Even if you just need a bed for the night, this place is just not worth it! I’m usually not picky but this is worse standards than I have seen in 3. world countries. Surprised to find that in Switzerland and it was not that cheap. Again don’t go!!

just dont.. Especially you are coming with your family.Although the location is nice and somehow the bedsheets and the shared toilet was clean, nothing else was acceptable.Noone in the enterance. After a time, someone came to welcome us with no english at all. Somehow we managed to get inside, there were half naked guys walking in the floor. It did not feel safe due to the atmosphere of the rooms and the building.I would not expect this kind of a place in the middle of Zurich center. It was dissapointing.
