Flexibel, Sympathisch, Spontan und Professionell. Hätte den Termin erst für morgen vereinbart, SC war im Raum Zürich und fragte ob es OK wäre wann es schon heute gemacht wird. Also, hier kann man nicht genügend Sternen geben. Top und empfehlenswert. LG Antonio de Oliveira

Unglaublich !!!! 28.06.2023 zwei mal mehr als 30 min in der Warteschleife am Telefon stehen lassen. Da nimmt niemand ab. Wie kann mann in der heutigen Zeit so mit Kunden so umgehen.Ich könnte mein Laden schliessen :((((

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service von Tesla. Was viele vergessen oder vielleicht nicht wissen ist, dass Wir alle die uns einen Tesla zulegen, Testfahrer sind. Mit unseren Erfahrungen können Wir Tesla helfen ein führendes Unternehmen zu werden. Aber das Wichtigste, der Umwelt einen gefallen zu tun.Tesla bemüht sich sehr die Kunden zufrieden zu stellen.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Tesla Schlieren service station in Switzerland. As a loyal Tesla customer for over 3 years, I have always trusted Tesla's exceptional customer service and quality products. However, during my recent visit to the Schlieren service center on March 27th, 2023, I discovered a large scratch on my car's left side near the headlight when I went to pick it up the next day.Immediately upon noticing the damage, I approached the Tesla staff to report the damage. However, to my dismay, Tesla staff denied any responsibility for the damage, by simply excusing that the staff has parked the car outside after the repair and someone else might have damaged it in the meantime in broad daylight in front of the Tesla Service center. Even though I am not convinced with the excuse itself, I believe that it is not my responsibility to investigate how/where/why this damage had happened. I expect Tesla to take more responsibility for this damage and at the very least repair the car to it's original state in which it was brought in to the service center. This is a very basic expectation from me as a customer that Tesla can handover the serviced vehicles back to their customers in a better shape than they were brought in.I understand that accidents happen, but what is most concerning is that the Tesla staff denied any responsibility for the damage and provided a non-satisfactory excuse. I believe that this situation could have been handled in a more empathetic manner, and I hope that Tesla can take ownership of this issue and help remedy the situation for me.The customer service that Tesla prides itself in, I would have expected that Tesla staff prompty help remedy the situation for the customer and makes for a pleasant experience in this unfortunate circumstance. But what makes it even worse is that the Tesla staff did not take any responsibility for the damage itself and denied any co-operation to help rememdy the situation. In my opinion, this is not acceptable to return a damaged car back to the customer and deny any responsibility to it, by providing a non-satisfactory excuse back to the customer. This damages my trust that I place in Tesla as a company and it's products, and sets a very bad example for any future potential customers in my network.I am also attaching with this request a protocol that I have received from the Tesla staff, stating that the car has been received by the staff without any damages and validating all the claims that I have made in this request.As a Tesla customer, I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and help me repair my car to it's original condition. This has already caused me enough incovenience, frustration and I expect my car to be repaired to it's original condition and be compensated for the inconvenience and frustration that this whole incident has caused meincident has caused me.

Ich war schon zwei Mal wegen einem Garantieservice bei Tesla Schlieren. Beide Male waren die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gemütlich konnte ich in der Lounge arbeiten, während die Garantiefälle in unter 1h erledigt worden sind. Nach der Erledigung wurde mir in Laiensprache erklärt, was genau an meinem Fahrzeug gemacht worden ist. Bei BMW (hatte ich zuvor) waren die Mitarbeitenden jeweils sehr arrogant und hatten keine wirklichen Erklärungen für Servicearbeiten. Well done Tesla!

Hatten am Samstag eine Probefahrt mit dem Model Y in Schlieren. Probefahrt war total unkompliziert und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Der Store ist eher klein, aber alles nötige kann man sich ansehen.

Einfach Toll!!! Unglaublich gut!!! Extrem freundlich und sehr zuverlässig! Ich bin so froh einen Klient bei eure Service Center zu sein. Ich möchte auch nochmals speziell an Sebastian Danke sagen, und an das ganze Service Team. Ihr seid für Klienten immer da und versucht wirklich alles so schnell und effizient wie möglich zu machen. Wir sind wirklich begeistert von Tesla und den Mitarbeitern in Schlieren. Es war eine tolle Probefahrt, mit anschliessender professioneller Beratung. Vielen Dank an Herrn Koehler für das professionelle Gesamtpaket. Unser nächstes Fahrzeug wird mit Sicherheit ein Tesla.
