It was my first time going to this clinic. The availability of the specialists may have some leadtime so you might want to plan accordingly and book in advance when possible.The staff is welcoming, genuine, and professional.Dr Maina (specialist in dermatology) took the time to analyze the case, and provided a lot of details about the breed and potential disease. The Dr was very understanding and helping on finding the most appropriate treatment and is very open for dialogue. Most importantly, my dog felt comfortable and in good hands at all timeI can only recommend this place. Thank you

While the surgery experts have an excellent reputation, think again if you are taking your pet there for ultra sound / internal medicine.Two (2!!) complete misdiagnoses., resulting in wrong treatment, causing suffering and more costs as the exams had to be repeted elsewhere . .In addition, complete disregard for one cat, left waiting several hours for a planned procedure - even when they had been told about their previous excessive stress at the vet- very rude answer from a receptionist when asking for updates , and absolutely no follow- up in spite of attempts to reach them - for 5 days!Had to resort to other vet practices given the lack of concern in what was a very critical case!If you care for your pet, this is not the right place for tests/ diagnoses. You will pay way more than just financially!

M. Arnold Lavaux a sauvé l oeil de ma chienne !!!He is not only an Extraordinarry veterinaire, he is also an Amasing Person! He treated Rallou and me with great sensitivity and he performed a high risk level operation in the eye of my dog - who by the way she is already 14 years old- with great success!!! Excellent and really human quality of service at the clinic. There are no words to describe the quality of the work of M. Lavaux, and how greatful and lucky I am to be introduced to him!Thank you all and see you soon:)Sofia

Took my puppy to VetSpecialistes, as she threw up several times during the night. Dr. Salvagni did a great job by taking the right measures to ensure the vomiting was nothing serious and avoid dehydration. She was also very kind, empathetic and gentle towards our little Kiwi. My puppy is feeling better today, which is a great relief! We are very grateful and thank VetSpecialistes for their support!

The vet is fine but the hotline is funny. The urgent number is usually difficult to reach out, especially late or on the weekend, but they mentioned they work 24/7. I even had to call directly to the vet once. Not sure how do they call it urgent line. One more point I have to mention that I always have to wait for a long time to see the vet even I booked for appointment.

worst possible experience with my cat in a critical condition left waiting for hours, returned to me petrified , misdiagnosed , with the wrong follow up - treatment ( as per two vets that saw him later) and no way to speak - in spite of many calls - to the vet that had seen him . In addition, one of the receptionist was rude, refusing to give updates when asked . But the bills were hefty, and had to be paid on the spot.Never again!

Words fail, commitment, professionalism, love, they all give it to their trusted animals. We are very grateful to them for what they have done for Kenji.
