Eigentlich eine coole Bar mit toller Deko.Drinks sind auch ok und sehr nette Bedienung.Leider ist der Chef genau das Gegenteil von nett und absolut keine Achtung vor weiblichen Gästen, wollte meinem Partner sogar zeigen, wie man am besten flirtet, obwohl ich genau gegenüber sass. Absolut unterstes Niveau.Sehr schade, da die Bar wirklich toll ist.

Let’s face it: It’s the best place in all of Zurich. Best whisky, best beer (no run of the mill!), best cigars and tobacco products, best location, best ever atmosphere and then there’s the one defining element which is Egon. A home and not one away from home. An actual home. Make this your living room away from everything daunting. Great music all year round and about a million screens with all the sports imaginable. This you won’t find anywhere else! Tradition, local and pure class. The locals shape this place.

My husband and I visited recently and, unfortunately, had a pretty bizarre experience. After ordering beers, I was accused by the bartender of signing for my husband (although I had used my own visa card that was in my own name). I know it was probably a misunderstanding, but other small interactions made it apparent she did not want us there. I felt like we were quiet and respectful — I’m not sure what we did wrong.It was a confusing experience, and I thought I’d give feedback in case anyone else experiences something similar.
