I Started taking Yoga classes with Viresh. I love his energy, positivity with a little gentle boost to get you to sometime push your own boundaries. It's a safe and welcoming space.J'ai commencé à prendre des cours de yoga avec Viresh. J'adore son énergie, sa positivité avec un petit coup de pouce doux pour vous amener à repousser parfois vos propres limites. C'est un espace chaleureux et bienveillant.

Je participe régulièrement aux cours de yoga chez Yogic Spirit Vevey, et je suis enchanté par cette expérience. Viresh et Ivan sont non seulement compétents, mais également très attentifs aux besoins et aux niveaux de chaque participant. Je ne peux que recommander les cours avec eux.

I love Viresh’s yoga classes ! He is very passionate, motivated but also very careful explaining well the positions in a very safe way. Since he’s from India, he has also a strong link with the true practices and philosophy of yoga, which is a rare nowadays in my opinion. Thus, I cannot but recommend him, and I’m happy to continue practicing weekly under his guidance. Also, it is great for expats who are looking for english speaking instructors in the Leman region.

Tried a private class with a few friends and it was amazing. I'm not a big yoga person usually but I have done some yoga in the past. Viresh was super knowledgeable not just doing the poses but telling us why we are doing it and what the goals are which I find extremely useful. Beware though the walk to the studio is uphill, it is it's own warmup before the class haha
