كل شي كان ممتاز و لو يرجع جنيف اكيد بختاره سكنت ايام طويله فيه و كان كل يوم افضل من اللي قبله خدمه و استقبال و حفاوة و تنظيف و موقع ممتاز بكل المقايس و اسالو عن الفطور ما كان شامل الغرفه لكن سالتهم و قالو عندنا عرض لكل العملاء هذي الفتره الفطور مجاني و هذي ميزه تحسب لهم

Zwar nur 1 Nacht verbracht, trotzdem sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel mit Charme. Top Lage direkt im Zentrum und am See. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Genf ist eine tolle Stadt.

Location can’t be better, everything was excellent. The staff was really helpful. Maid service was tip top. Only thing on my wishlist would be a tie in with a health club but not a must as the underutilized gym is ok.

Ein angenehmes, sympathisches Hotel. Das Restaurant coté square hingegen war eine Riesenenttäuschung. Das Essen banal und ohne eine erkennbare Eigenleistung der Küche. Der Lachs war geradezu lieblos aufgetragen. Das Entrecote entpuppte sich als fettes Entrecote parisienne, das auf den Grill und nicht in die Pfanne gehört. Die Konsistenz der Sauce béarnaise verriet, dass sie auch schon frischer war. Kurzum: keine Visitenkarte.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the conclusion of a river cruise from Nice. We found this hotel to be centrally located with exceptional, professional service through out. The rooms are large and well maintained. Excellent bar service also provides quiet background live music. Breakfast is available with a wide variety of buffet items as well as option for custom made omelets or prepared eggs. Steps from the lake and short walk to old town

Freundlich, sauber, kleiner aber sehr gepflegter SPA

Extremely disappointed in the lack of service and care for their guests. There is a heavy plastic tissue box cover in the bathroom of our room that fell onto my toe. I have been in pain for 7 hours and have not slept the entire night as I wait for a pharmacy to open to therefore get an iced pack. My husband went down to the reception and bar area several times to ask for a first aid kit or ice pack and they claim they do not have neither of them, as ice melts, this was not ideal situation which is why we had to keep going down several times to get more. After explains it the situation, they did not ask if there’s anything they can do even after watching me struggle to walk at 7am to get more ice from the 4th floor to the bar. 4 employees looked at me funny as they watched me limp and did not have the courtesy to even ask if I was alright. The fact that they claim that there is no first aid kit is extremely alarming and dangerous for not only guests but for employees as well especially staying at a hotel of this “caliber”! we are out of country visitors and never did I expect this kind of treatment from a high end hotel in Geneva! It’s also very loud, our first night all we heard was people yelling outside our window. We arrive to a staff that does not offer to take your bags-not sure if this is a common practise. I had to call down twice to the reception for an iron and board because they forgot.

I had a pleasure of visiting recently and I was very impressed with the service I received. The staff was incredibly hospitable.A convenient location very close to lake and 5 minutes walk from Train Station Geneva.
