I had emailed several times in order to cancel my reservation. No response. So I called and spoke with someone who confirmed my cancellation. Then, the date of my reservation, I received a call saying they were expecting me. I explained exactly what I have written here. Now, I am receiving a notification that I was a guest and I can write a review. You need to fix your system.

The hotel on arrival was excellent, spa fabulous. The breakfast service however was dreadful I had to ask for my cappuccino and for water and to order. They did not show me any attention which I feel for a 5 star is really bad.
