Rapport qualité prix je suis déçu . au bout de 5 jrs mes cils sont tombés, j’ai contacté le personnel que m’en proposer de passer à 20h , pas de disponibilité pour une autre horaire et après ça , aucune nouvelles de leurs part. !

Très bon institut ! Les filles sont très professionnelles et très gentils ! Je recommande vivement!

Un accueil chaleureux, un joli institut et surtout un grand professionnalisme. Fidèle cliente depuis bientôt 1 an pour la pose mixte d'extension de cils, un travail minutieux réalisé à chaque fois avec perfection et minutie. Je vous conseille vivement d'aller trouver ces deux super GIRLS, vous serez conquise. Nataly

C’est vraiment le meilleur institut !! Les filles sont adorables, accueillantes et professionnelles. Je ressors toujours avec le sourire. Les rehaussements sont tellement bien fait. Je peux que conseiller.

Institut clean très belle déco . Très bonne expérience! Les filles sont adorables et très pro! Elles prennent le temps de bien faire et surtout cherche notre satisfaction à chaque étapes. Je recommande les yeux fermé. J’ai fais l’épilation cire des sourcils avec henné.

Excellent travail. Je ne suis jamais déçue. J’adore y aller pour faire des extensions de cils et le résultat est juste magnifique à chaque fois.L’endroit est très girly et cosy. Essayez et vous serez pas déçue :)

I agree with the other reviewers that the shop is cute; it’s also a great location and the team is friendly so I really wanted to continue here as a customer. However I really cannot recommend this salon for nails; the surface of my nail plate has been damaged many times by the team using their electric tools so it was often burning, and although I have told them about this, they responded that it’s me who should take a break from getting semipermanent or that my nails are sensitive. They are not sensitive and I have been to many other salons, for years, and not had this problem anywhere else. I really wanted to keep going here for the other reasons, so maybe for other services it’s still worth a try. But unfortunately I could not, and even to go to another salon now after was difficult as my nails are now very fragile and will continue to be so until they grow out. I’ve noticed that the team stated in other reviews that they followed up by phone, I’d like to ask not to be contacted as I believe we’ve already discussed it, thank you.Edited to add: As you can see from the response from management, any attempt to give them feedback about their use of equipment results in them telling you that it’s actually your fault. I first tried to give them this feedback directly in person (not just once.) Although I pointed out several times to different members of the team the issue they have at this salon, every time I was told the same—it’s my fault. They point out in their response that I kept coming back, so they ‘assumed that it was fine with me’, but this was not the case and I told them so politely at the time. My only mistake was continuing to give feedback and returning to give them another chance, I should have stopped the first time when my nails were burned by their machine.
