Extrêmement satisfait des soins reçus ici ; le personnel et les intervenants sont clairs , attentifs à vos besoins et à l'écoute de votre ressenti. Le travail a été réalisé à merveille, dans un lieu très soigné et toujours impeccablement propre. Le cadre très esthétique et la qualité du traitement prodigué vous feraient presque oublier pourquoi vous êtes là. Je recommande chaleureusement cet institut, après en avoir connu d'autres.

Je déconseille fortement les avis et traitements dentaires de dentistes non suisses pour cette clinique. Je n ai pas l expérience des autres soins. Trop connu, j ai un nom d emprunt qui ne figure pas dans vos fichiers

Professional and The Clinic give a five star treatment to the client I have rarely seen in Geneva.Solutions for what was requested was found and delivered with a big smile.All staff as friendly and welcoming as can be, in person and on the phone.Treatment was exceptional with a aesthetician who clearly followed the protocol as well as understanding the importance of informing the client of each step taken during the procedure.This client will return.

Quel bonheur d’avoir trouvé cette clinique! Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, aux petits soins et trouve toujours une solution pour vous satisfaire. Conseils au top, équipe de choc et exécution irréprochable. Un grand merci particulièrement à David pour sa serviabilité et à Berjetta (pas sûre de l’orthographe) pour son travail, son empathie et son travail minutieux. Je me réjouis déjà d’y retourner car les résultats sont là!!!

Le cadre est soigné, l'accueil fut agréable.Pour mon anniversaire, mon amie m'a offert un soin esthétique de confort nouvelle génération. J'étais un peu retissant au départ. Mes rdv ont étaient pris rapidement selon mes disponibilités. La thérapeute, au premier rdv, a pris le temps de m'expliquer les gestes qu'elle allait effectuer. Après la quatrième séance, les promesses ont étaient tenues. Cela fait 6 mois aujourd'hui, je suis toujours satisfait du résultat et mon amie encore plus.On vient de prendre un rdv pour un soin dentaire cette fois. En espérant que ça se passe bien, je suis pas fan des dentistes même pour un contrôle!

I don't know what the dentistry and other services are like, but twice now I have booked microneedling sessions where they just unilaterally cancel the appointment because the woman doing the treatment doesn't feel like working that day or wants to leave work early. I get the feeling she is the most reluctant cosmetician in Switzerland. Both times I have turned up for my appointment to face a closed door. This is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional and I would advise you to take care if you decide to book a beauty treatment.

Accueil chaleureux et sympathique.Le cabinet est moderne et bien équipé.C'est très agréable d'avoir des explications par la dentiste sur l'intervention qu'elle va faire.Le travail se fait sans douleur et dans un respect total du bien être du patient.Mes soins ne sont pas encore finis mais j'aborde la suite avec décontraction car je ressens le professionnalisme et j'apprécie l'écoute du dentiste.Un cabinet qui change radicalement l'image des cabinets dentaires et de la crainte qui en résulte.

### the review below is purely based on the clinic's customer service quality ###I am at the clinic right now. It is 18.45 and my appointment was at 17.30I was told about the delay just now, few minutes past and I ask again the person at Reception for more information and all I get is someone ( which i believe is the owner ) completely lost saying “i don't know”.I ask again politely and this time I am ignored.Obviously this is my return consultation so no money left to be taken and the experience I am having here ( just because I asked for information ) is by far the Swiss treatment I am used to get.So in all, avoid this Clinic!!!!!! I am just here because I need to be seen, and to be clear i'd for sure see the Doctor anywhere else.

after having done a routine check there (I had found the dentist very friendly), my friend who is a very reputable Swiss dentist working in Geneva had warned me that the dentists working there had a very bad reputation. They come from abroad with often lower qualifications and are mainly into money. Be careful and think twice before going there, it is a SCAM !I would like to answer to their reply under my comment, I went in your clinic and rather finding excuses you should take my comment as an opportunity for you to improve your services(Edit)P. S. The clinic answer saying I haven’t been there is wrong. It’s shocking and even more pathetic to deny it.
