We discovered the new restaurant at Le Guarda recently and we really liked it. We were afraid of the Italian / lebanese mix at first, and that it would be just another tapas / lebanese mezze place without much orginality, but everything is refined, mastered to perfection and super tasty. The caramelized eggplants are delicious. The pides as well, spaghettis with lobster also etc. Plus staff is super pro and friendly (of course, its Le Guarda). We had a great evening and are looking forward to our next visit at the Five.

Je travaille à l'hôtel Guarda Golf, à la réception, en tant que Night Audit. Les nouveaux employés sont autorisés à se rendre une fois au restaurant de l'hôtel appelé FIVE, en tant qu'invités, pour découvrir l'offre gastronomique de l'endroit où nous travaillons. Bien que ce soit ma troisième saison à l'hôtel, je n'avais jamais utilisé mon invitation parce que j'étais sûre que la cuisine levantine n'était pas à mon goût.Le concept du menu est composé de plats portionnés à déguster, conçus pour être une expérience partagée entre les membres de la table.La cuisine levantine"
