La dame blonde âge qui s'est présentée comme la responsable de magasin m'a repondu d'une facon tres agressif devant tout le monde. Je lui ai donné un document à m'envoyer par pdf. Elle a mal écrit mon nom et je n'ai rien reçu. Elle m'as dit que je ne recevait pas l'email a cause d'un problème de mon telefon. J'ai du aller vers le service client et un monsieur à du rentrer avec moi dans le magasin et finalement on m'as envoyé le pdf.

Went to bind a couple of books with an idea of what I wanted. The sales representative offered me some other options, which worked out perfectly. I am totally satisfied with the outcome of the binding. The customer service was great; friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Personnel désagréable et pas professionnel, on paye pour refaire encore du travail à la maison, flyers commandés et coupés inégales, si on veut qu’ils soit coupés tous pareils on doit payer en plus! A éviter les print-shop, à Balexert pareil en ce qui concerne le non professionnalisme du personnel!!
