I highly recommend the training Sharmilla is facilitating alongside with her other teachers. The teachers are well-prepared, full of experience willing to share. Sharmilla is doing an amazing job transposing a completely new and different culture and wisdom, you get the chance of learning real Yoga from it's roots. The online learning platform is also easy to use.
