worst experience!I have asked Gaillard to come collect the mazout from my house as we are moving to a heat pump. they quoted me the price for buying back the mazout (0,6ct), which is 1/3 of the market price. I said OK.2 weeks later, I receive the bill. they quoted an extra 500chf for pumping out the oil!! not only this was not mentioned to me , on top of almost giving back 900l of mazout back to them, they charge me 500chf. I called politely to see if this was a misunderstanding, the owner started yelling back at me! He didnt even let me explain. Nobody told me about this price and now they want to charge me? I tried to remain polite but he just kept yelling at me. Maybe they are a good company to deliver the mazout, but be careful to ask everything before they overcharge you. On top of it, the owner was very very rude even when i called politely.
